We are excited to welcome our new Programs Manager: Henry Castro, Henry is a professional Communications specialist with a long career collaborating in various industries. Born in Chicago, Henry spent a part of his young adult life in Mexico and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Communications from the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. He brings an expertise in communication, event coordinating, planning, and organizational detail to the workplace. Prior to Humanidad, he had been a decade-long freelancer and entrepreneur helping develop branding and organizational execution to businesses in the healthcare, technology, and supplement industries, among others. He is excited to now be providing his skills in the nonprofit sector, where he has also collaborated in previous years.
Nos entusiasma dar la bienvenida a nuestro nuevo Gerente de Programas Henry Castro, Henry es un especialista profesional en Comunicaciones, con una larga carrera colaborando en varias industrias. Nació en Chicago pero paso su juventud en México y se graduó con licenciatura en Diseño gráfico y comunicaciones en la Universidad de Guanajuato. Henry tiene experiencia en comunicación, coordinación de eventos, planeación y organización. El ha trabajado por diez años como emprendedor y consultor ayudando a desarrollar diferentes negocios en las industrias de salud, tecnología, entre otras. Henry está muy motivado a trabajar en el sector sin fines de lucro, donde ha colaborado ya en el pasado.

Also, we want to congratulate our Therapist Iris Nino for graduating last month. She is no longer a trainee, but is now an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). Congratulations Iris!
Tambien queremos felicitar a nuestra terapeuta Iris Nino for graduarse el mes pasado, ya no es aprendiz, ahora es Asociada en Terapia Familiar y de parejas. (AMFT por las siglas en ingles). Felicidades Iris!
